In 2018, MTI was   looking for ways to integrate all public services into a single platform to streamline the work of its departments. The X-VIA Platform turned out to be the most adequate and complete solution, as it met the state's needs in terms of security, scalability, and data management. For them, the most impressive feature was the X-VIA's own security layer, which meant that it was not necessary to worry about all the security aspects separately, as the X-VIA provided security controls out of the box.

In Amapá, the distributed architecture of the X-VIA drew attention for resolving many legal issues surrounding data ownership, as data storage did not need to be transferred elsewhere, in addition to ensuring scalability, allowing to expand to several departments without overloading the technical environment, regardless of the number of servers used.
